Today got off to a slow start, I'm not going to lie. I spent most of the day doing school work, studying, and helping Jake prepare for his interview. Breakfast: First thing I do when I wake up is drink a large glass of plain ice water (no mio, sweet drops, sweeteners, etc) and then take my medicine. Then I have my breakfast. I was going so slow this morning so I decided to make coffee. I used to drink coffee every morning but now I only drink it when I really need it, and this morning I did. I realized this morning that we no longer had any creamer so I made my coffee by: Half coffee Half coconut milk Peppermint stick I tend to hoard peppermint sticks and candy canes during the winter and then use them throughout the year. They come in handy. I also had a plain white bagel with natural peanut butter on top. Snack : I had a snack right around lunch time as I was on a roll with school and wanted to keep going.
