Day 8: Legs 50 seconds on/ 10 seconds rest repeat circuit four times Switch Lunges Side Lunges Sumo Squats Wall Sit Yoga Video (30 minute) Day 9: Cardio 30 second run/ 1 minute jog or walk 3.25 miles Short Yoga Video (10-20 minutes) Day 10: Core 50 seconds on/ 10 seconds rest repeat circuit four times Crunches Russian Twists Plank Heel Touches Day 11: Active Rest Day Go for a walk, hike, swimming, etc for 40 minutes Yoga for 30 minutes Day 12: Upper Body Push ups Wall Walks Superman Arm Circles (Clockwise and counter-clockwise) Day 13: Cardio 30 second run/ 1 minute 3.25 miles Day 14: Active Rest Day Go for a walk, hike, swimming, zumba video, etc for 40 minutes Yoga for 30 minutes
