- Switch Lunges
- Side Lunges
- Sumo Squats
- Wall Sit
- Yoga Video (30 minute)
Day 9: Cardio
30 second run/ 1 minute jog or walk
- 3.25 miles
- Short Yoga Video (10-20 minutes)
Day 10: Core
50 seconds on/ 10 seconds rest
repeat circuit four times
- Crunches
- Russian Twists
- Plank
- Heel Touches
Day 11: Active Rest Day
- Go for a walk, hike, swimming, etc for 40 minutes
- Yoga for 30 minutes
Day 12: Upper Body
- Push ups
- Wall Walks
- Superman
- Arm Circles (Clockwise and counter-clockwise)
Day 13: Cardio
30 second run/ 1 minute
- 3.25 miles
Day 14: Active Rest Day
- Go for a walk, hike, swimming, zumba video, etc for 40 minutes
- Yoga for 30 minutes
