During this challenge I will be posting the circuits, cardio, exercises, etc. weekly. and everything will be using bodyweight. That means no equipment needed! My reason for doing this is because it is so hot here that it is too hot to workout in my home gym. So I'm making it so I can either do the workouts in my living room or outside early in the morning.
Day 1: Cardio
- Walk 3 miles
Day 2: Legs
50 second on/ 10 seconds rest
Repeat circuit 3 times
- Switch Jump Lunges
- Pulse Squats
- Side Lunges
- Squat Jumps
Day 3: Cardio
30 second run/ 1 min jog or walk
- Run/ Walk 3 miles
Day 4: Active Rest Day
- Go for a walk, biking, swimming, etc. for 40 minutes
- 30+ Yoga Video
Day 5: Core
50 seconds on/ 10 seconds rest
Repeat circuit 3 times
- Crunches
- Toe Touch Crunches
- Plank
- Plank Hip Dips
Day 6: Upper Body
50 seconds on/ 10 seconds rest
Repeat circuit 3 times
- Push Ups
- Tricep Dips on floor or using chair
- Wall Walks
- Burpees w/ pushup
Day 7: Active Rest
- Go for a walk, run, biking, or swimming for 40 minutes
- 30+ Yoga Video
