This Fitness challenge is a little bit different as in it's only five days and it's all body weight! No weights or equipment needed! Make sure to stretch after every workout and drink lots of water.

30 second side plank (left)
30 second side plank (right)

30 second plank with hip twists (hips touching ground alternating sides)
25 sit ups
25 crunches (right side)

10 straight squats
20 side lunges (10 each side)
20 forward lunges (10 each leg)
10 jumping squats
25 calf raises
